How do I get paid at Bandcamp? How often?
You will receive our payment in your PayPal account. If you haven’t set it up yet, go here.
Most accounts on Bandcamp use our standard payment system. Under Standard Payments, payments for digital and physical items are processed separately.
Payments for digital goods are first processed by Band camp and then credited to your PayPal account within 24-48 hours. (Higher value purchases, such as a $500 title, require manual verification, which may take up to 14 days.) We collect a 10-15% revenue share on sale, as well as a payment processing fee.
Payments for physical merchandise are paid directly from fans to your PayPal account without processing through Band camp. Because we are unable to collect the 10% revenue share on transactions, we maintain an ongoing ledger of what we owe, which we refer to as your “revenue share balance.

The Bandcamp app lets you explore a vast catalog of music by artists from every corner of the globe, allows you to directly support the artists you love by buying their music and merch, and lets you instantly listen to the music you’ve purchased, whether you’re online or offline.
Prepayments
There are a small number of accounts on Band camp that use Enhanced Payments (if you do, you’ll see “You have Enhanced Payments” on your profile page under “Payment Details” and on the Tools, Payment Summary, and Item Order pages ).
In addition to checking out via PayPal, Enhanced Payments allows fans to pay for music and merchandise with a credit or debit card or Bandcamp gift card. Bandcamp also collects and pays the marketplace tax required for physical orders for sellers using Enhanced Payments.
For accounts using Enhanced Payments, all payments for digital and physical goods are first processed by Bandcamp and paid into your PayPal account 24-48 hours later (or on the 1st of the month for tags with this option). We charge a 10-15% revenue share and payment processing fee on sales. Because Enhanced Payments requires sellers to pull shipping information from their item order page instead of PayPal.
